Payment: I accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payments must be received in full, prior to shipping unless other arrangements have been made.If you are not paying via credit card, please contact me before ordering.
Prices: Wholesalers are eligible for pricing from the wholesale pricing sheet which is between 50% of our suggested retail pricing.
Exchanges & Returns: We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make. We believe strongly in producing a quality product. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us directly. Refunds or exchanges may be issued within 30 days of purchase, but will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Refunds for orders over $200 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
