This item is handmade for you by the artist, Lori Blaylock in her Montana studio. Lori uses genuine materials, precious and semi-precious gemstones, copper & sterling & fine silver. Craftsmanship is of the highest priority so, repairs or adjustments are generally included with your purchase, unless the item was damaged by the wearer (broken stones, stepped on or issues of that sort.) Contact me via email (see below) to make arrangements for repair. If any costs will be incurred in the process, I will inform you before I do the work.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me within seven days of receiving your item and inform me of your discrepancy. Within the 7-day period, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping costs. If after the initial 7 days, a 5% return/restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. Please return your item it's original packaging. Custom commissions are not returnable.
